Maintenance Manager for Hotel Operations

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the optimal operation of all facilities at Mitsis Selection Azure, ensuring high standards of health, safety and service while meeting operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead the Maintenance Department to guarantee efficient facility performance.
• Monitor and maintain pumping stations, mechanical plant rooms and modern technical systems.
• Supervise electrical installations, heating systems and LPG infrastructure.

Required profile

• Degree from a Technical School in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of similar experience in large hotel properties.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of pumping stations and mechanical plant rooms.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installations.
• Basic knowledge of heating systems, LPG and general construction.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
