Romanian Customer Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Romanian Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece. The role represents a worldwide brand in a multicultural environment and focuses on developing customer relationships and giving customers the best possible experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand and integrate into a multicultural environment
• Develop customer relationships and deliver the best possible customer experience
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• Fluency in Romanian at C2 level or native
• Good knowledge of English at B2 level
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills, good time management, team spirit and flexibility

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Good computer skills
