Spanish Customer Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Spanish Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece, for one of the top BPO companies in the country. You will support the company's activities by offering high-quality service to its customers, who include prestigious worldwide brands.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand within a multicultural environment.
• Develop customer relationships and give them the best possible experience.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training.
• Offer recommendations on common problems and frequently asked questions.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish (C2 level or above).
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level).
• Previous experience or contact with clients of any kind.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility.
