RF Engineer – Design and Validation of RF/Microwave Circuits

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer to lead the design, development and validation of RF and microwave circuits for electronic warfare, radar and UAV applications. The role involves working across our international group to deliver high‑performance RF subsystems that operate reliably under extreme temperatures, vibration and shock.

Key responsibilities

• Design RF and microwave circuits at PCB and transistor level for electronic warfare systems.
• Select and integrate components for transmitter and receiver chains, from DAC to antenna and from antenna to ADC.
• Develop and validate RF subsystems in harsh environmental conditions.
• Support radio system and missile data‑link design and implementation.
• Collaborate with group companies on RF system design, antenna selection and wave propagation.
• Perform antenna placement studies and electromagnetic analysis.
• Generate technical documentation and test data packages (TDP).
• Train production staff and assist with RF system debugging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in RF and microwave circuit design.
• Proven ability to design RF systems for harsh environments.
• Strong knowledge of transmitter and receiver chain architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
