RF Design Engineer

About the role

Intracom Defense is seeking an RF Design Engineer to join its Hardware RF & FPGA Design Section. You will work on the full design life cycle of radio modems for tactical wireless communication and unmanned system data links, using Software Defined Radio platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test RF active circuits on PCBs up to 18 GHz for radio modems.
• Participate in system integration, simulation and validation of wireless radio systems.
• Collaborate with Power Supply, Digital Hardware, Mechanical and Software engineering groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of RF circuit design and radio system analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• RF circuit design tools: AWR Microwave Office, AWR VSS, Keysight Genesys, ADS.
• PCB CAD tools and electromagnetic simulators: CST Microwave Studio, HFSS.
• Test equipment: Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, Oscilloscope.
