Retail Store Supervisor – Chalandri

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Store Supervisor to join our B2C team at the Protergia store in Chalandri. You will oversee daily store operations, guide and train the sales team, and ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Organise all store functions and assign responsibilities to the sales team.
• Monitor, guide and train team members to maximise performance and meet sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain the store’s reputation.
• Implement and monitor promotional activities together with the Marketing department.
• Track market trends and competition to identify improvement opportunities.
• Acquire new customers and partners.
• Monitor sales KPIs, generate reports and analyse performance.
• Manage cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
• Knowledge of the Energy Market is an asset.
• Technology‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
• Results‑oriented mentality with a team‑spirit.
