Retail Sales Associate – Empoli Outlet (Peristeri)

About the role

MMShowroom is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate for its Empoli Outlet in Peristeri. In this full-time, on-site position you will be the front-line ambassador for internationally recognised fashion jewellery and accessories brands, delivering memorable shopping experiences and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through product knowledge and proactive selling.
• Support visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product presentation.
• Receive, replenish and organise stock following company procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist with promotional activities, campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, jewellery, accessories or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English.
• Strong customer-service orientation and sales mindset.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
