Restaurant Runner – Guest Service & Dish Delivery

About the role

Join Roka’s dining team as a Runner, supporting the pass and service crew to ensure every dish reaches the table with professionalism and every guest feels welcomed. You will play a key part in delivering the restaurant’s signature Japanese Robatayaki experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service that makes each guest feel valued.
• Deliver dishes to tables accurately while keeping the pass area clean and organized.
• Assist with restaurant set‑up and follow cleaning routines to maintain high standards.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen menu knowledge and develop service skills.
• Share guest feedback and report any issues to managers for smooth operations.
• Help with opening and closing duties according to company procedures.

Required profile

• A genuine love for culinary experiences and a passion for Japanese cuisine.
• Proven experience as a runner in a luxury, high‑volume restaurant.
• Natural team player comfortable working in sync with a large crew.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on creating memorable dining moments.
