Reservations Manager

About the role

Aria Hotels is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the Central Reservations Department. You will act as a key liaison between reservations, sales, marketing, and hotel operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from inquiry to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Reservations Department, guaranteeing accurate entry and follow‑up of all bookings.
• Monitor incoming enquiries across all channels and provide timely, professional responses.
• Lead, coach, and develop the reservations team to maintain high service standards and productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales to maximise occupancy, ADR, and overall room revenue.
• Coordinate with hotel teams to communicate guest information and special requests before arrival.
• Prepare regular performance reports analysing conversion, cancellations, booking sources and other KPIs.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of central reservations procedures and best practices across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven experience leading a reservations team.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, able to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
• Knowledge of channel manager software.
• Experience using OTA platforms.
