Regional Workplace Manager – South Region

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Regional Workplace Manager to lead the workplace experience and operations across its South Region, covering ten countries. You will shape safe, comfortable, and collaborative office environments for employees, visitors, contractors, and courier partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Workplace Managers and Coordinators, ensuring alignment with Wolt’s mission and values.
• Set up and onboard new offices as the company expands, coordinating with landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain all sites to high standards, complying with local and global policies, health and safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Develop and enforce department policies together with the Global Workplace and Facilities manager.
• Partner with Physical Security, Safety, Sustainability, and People teams to roll out programs such as DEI, internal events, and health initiatives.
• Manage Integrated Facilities Management vendors, oversee service level agreements, and conduct formal site inspections.
• Create and own the regional Opex budget, track financial variance, and report on operational expenses.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong entrepreneurial drive.
• Proven experience leading workplace or facilities teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of international health and safety standards and sustainability practices.
• Ability to develop policies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance.
