Raw Material & Spare Parts Storekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Raw Material and Spare Parts Storekeeper to join the purchasing department of our Korinthos plant. The role ensures that consumables, spare parts, packaging, inks and lacquers are available to production at the right time, cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain spare‑parts lists and create system codes for new items.
• Enter new price data from quotations and revise prices based on updated agreements.
• Adjust minimum balance levels using historical data and JDE entries.
• Perform data‑entry checks, process requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Handle daily imports, consumptions, scrap shipments and purchase returns.
• Prepare various internal reports and perform invoice checking.
• Provide information to production teams and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Record all store transactions in the system, both receipts and issues.
• Advise on aluminium body, tab notes and scrap material handling.
• Manage transport costing orders and daily ink stock preparation.
• Support purchasing accounting for raw materials and consumables.

Required profile

• Experience in storekeeping or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with purchase requisitions, order creation and purchase‑order processing.
• Ability to prepare and analyse inventory reports.
• Attention to detail for invoice verification and data‑entry accuracy.
