Rail Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

Ocean Rail Logistics S.A., a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING, is seeking an experienced Rail Logistics Coordinator to join its Operations team in Piraeus, Greece. The role involves managing a high volume of rail activities and contributing to the development of new rail transport services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with rail operators and local agents to support planning and scheduling.
• Manage railcar circulation and maintain effective communication with partners, agents, and customers.
• Prepare daily and monthly operational reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in compiling operational statistics and reports.
• Support vendor contract management and pricing policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
