Quality Systems Specialist

About the role

MiniMed is seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to support In‑Market Quality and post‑market Regulatory activities, primarily for Greece with additional support for Israel and Italy. You will ensure that quality programs, systems, and processes meet internal and external standards, contributing to the safety and effectiveness of diabetes care solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Provide expertise and guidance on interpreting regulatory, governmental, and internal regulations.
• Collaborate with operating entities to conduct process analyses and enforce requirements.
• Lead audit and inspection preparation, resolve findings, and liaise with auditors and inspectors.
• Prepare reports and documentation, such as Corrective and Preventative Actions, for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate legal requests supporting government investigations or litigations.
• Maintain and regularly update quality assurance programs and policies.
• Facilitate uniform global standards and promote best‑practice sharing across the organization.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance, typically obtained through advanced education and experience.
• Practical knowledge of project management is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 2 years relevant experience.
