Project Team Lead (Integration and Independent Living)

About the role

The Project Team Lead will coordinate and oversee the implementation of the Helios+ programme in the South Aegean region, supporting the integration of third‑country nationals into Greek society. Reporting to the National Project Officer and the Regional Coordinator, the role combines project management, stakeholder engagement and delivery of employability, language and independent‑living services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver employability support, Greek language courses and vocational training.
• Manage rental‑subsidy schemes and other independent‑living assistance for beneficiaries.
• Coordinate activities that promote social cohesion, inclusion and community integration.
• Maintain regular communication with national and local authorities, partners and donors.
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports and ensure compliance with IOM and donor requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma with at least four years of relevant experience, or a university degree in psychology, social work, law, sociology, social anthropology, management, business administration, public administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in project coordination or team leadership, preferably in migration, integration or social‑service contexts.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
