Project Senior Manager

About the role

As a Project Senior Manager at Sani/Ikos Group you will lead the full construction lifecycle of new resort developments in Greece, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process from planning through to completion.
• Schedule and coordinate activities with the main contractor, monitoring progress to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Assign tasks to the main contractor based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Inspect projects to ensure compliance with building, safety codes and other regulations.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other development departments to discuss status, resolve issues and manage conflicts.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• More than 10 years of experience in construction project management.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong command of MS Project.
• Expertise in AutoCAD.
