Project & Procurement Coordinator

About the role

Aluminox SA is looking for a motivated Project & Procurement Coordinator to join its Koropi office. The role supports marine projects by handling supplier orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining ERP data, and assisting with budget monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Place purchase orders with suppliers and follow up on acknowledgements.
• Monitor supplier production and delivery schedules to meet project milestones.
• Communicate technical and commercial details with suppliers.
• Maintain and update ERP records, including specifications, pricing, lead times, and supplier information.
• Support project managers in tracking budgets, costs, and procurement status.
• Assist in preparing project reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, accounting, and operations teams.
• Ensure documentation remains accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in physical and virtual meetings with internal and external customers.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Previous experience in procurement, project coordination, supply chain, or operations (preferred).
• Experience in marine, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors (preferred).
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles (preferred).
