Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join MUEVO’s Project Management department in Chalandri, Athens. The role will oversee the full lifecycle of custom museum display projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety and aesthetic standards while staying on budget and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Define and monitor project budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement and client teams.
• Prepare tender analyses, cost estimates, strategies and submission documents.
• Manage information flow, supply‑chain activities and on‑site inspections during production and installation.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and handle contract and after‑sales matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or related field.
• 2‑3 years of project management experience, preferably in museum or cultural projects.
• Strong English proficiency; additional French or Italian is a plus.
• Post‑graduate studies in Exhibition Design, Architecture or Construction Management, MBA or PMP certification considered advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Solid knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with Adobe Suite.
