Project Manager – Energy Construction

About the role

Paralos Energy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of energy construction projects, including high‑voltage substations, wind farms and transmission lines across Greece and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage budgets, estimate costs and control expenditures.
• Define equipment, material and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate ordering and timely delivery of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers and internal project teams.
• Secure necessary permits and licenses from authorities.
• Monitor deadlines and keep all stakeholders informed through regular reports.
• Conduct site visits to verify progress and quality standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the energy construction sector.
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
