Construction Supervision Engineer

About the role

Group Science is seeking a Construction Supervision Engineer to join its specialised team. You will work on technically demanding projects in sound insulation, acoustics and custom lightweight metal constructions, both in Athens and on sites across Greece and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Monitor progress and quality of works, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with crews, suppliers and other project participants.
• Prepare and implement technical drawings and specifications.
• Support the execution of specialised sound‑insulation and acoustics projects.
• Travel to construction sites inside and outside Athens, including occasional business trips abroad.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction supervision or site work.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Own transportation for site visits.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a demanding technical environment.
