Project Manager - Customer Projects

About the role

Doka, a global formwork and scaffolding manufacturer with more than 8,000 employees, is growing in Greece and is looking for a driven Project Manager Customer Projects. Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management, you will take full ownership of high-value customer projects from concept to completion, acting as the main link between customers, engineering, operations and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer projects through their entire lifecycle, delivering on time, within budget and according to agreed objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships and giving technical and commercial guidance.
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management and project controlling.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Logistics and Site Services.
• Monitor project performance, lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively.
• Support customers with innovative formwork and scaffolding solutions and ensure compliance with Doka standards, quality requirements and health and safety regulations.
• Share market intelligence and competitive insights.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in formwork and falsework.
• Proven project management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong technical understanding of construction methods and project execution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at once.
• Professional proficiency in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel for several days and work placements in Greece and abroad.
