Junior Product & System Demonstrator

About the role

Sika Hellas is looking for a Product & System Demonstrator to join its team in Kryoneri, Attica. The role is highly hands-on and combines technical knowledge, product application and presentation skills. It involves preparing and running product and system demonstrations, supporting live applications and giving practical training to customers, applicators and Sika employees.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare product samples, system mock-ups and demonstration setups for internal and external presentations.
• Conduct live product and system applications and demonstrations for customers, applicators, sales teams and other stakeholders.
• Deliver practical product and application training to sales teams, customers and applicators.
• Demonstrate the correct use, application and performance of Sika products and systems.
• Support customer visits, technical events, workshops and product presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Marketing and R&D teams on product launches, customer engagement and business development.
• Maintain the demonstration area, equipment, tools and materials in good condition.
• Provide feedback from demonstrations and field applications to internal teams.
• Help develop demonstration materials, application guides and training content.
• Ensure all demonstrations follow health and safety requirements and Sika standards.

Required profile

• Technical education or vocational training in construction, electrical, mechanical or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous hands-on experience in construction, building materials, applications or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to travel when required.
