Project Manager – Built To Print Projects

About the role

Intracom Defense (IDE) is seeking a Project Manager to lead Built‑To‑Print projects within multinational European co‑production programmes. You will coordinate diverse stakeholders, ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, and drive projects from initiation to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, guaranteeing scope, quality and milestone adherence.
• Collaborate with government bodies, consortium members and partners across Europe.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to maintain clear communication and aligned objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, tracking progress and deliverables.
• Conduct risk and issue management throughout the project.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Manage project documentation and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial, technical and administrative reports to internal teams and contracting agencies.
• Ensure adherence to Intellectual Property rights and export‑control regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
