Production Worker

About the role

Arivia S.A., a leading plant‑based food producer and owner of the Violife brand, is expanding its new factory in Drama. We are looking for motivated production workers to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to team efforts to meet production targets.
• Operate and monitor production equipment following standard procedures.
• Follow strict hygiene and food‑safety guidelines.
• Lift and move heavy loads on a regular basis.
• Work rotating shifts as required.
• Report any equipment or process issues promptly.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education (Gymnasium, High School, EPAL, EPAS or IEK).
• Physical ability to lift weight frequently.
• Capability to adhere to hygiene and safety instructions in food production.
• Team spirit, professionalism, sense of responsibility and consistency.
• Previous experience in a similar production environment is a plus.
