Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our GMP‑certified manufacturing facility in Keratea, Attica. The role ensures proper operation and maintenance of production equipment, compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, and contributes to the production of high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, assemble, set up and clean pharmaceutical production equipment such as fluid‑bed dryers, high‑shear mixers, wet and dry granulators, tablet compression machines and coating machines.
• Accurately weigh, handle and stage raw materials in line with production requirements and GMP standards.
• Implement production instructions correctly and complete all accompanying documentation.
• Monitor production activities and promptly report any deviations, malfunctions or quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMPs and workplace hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and order within the production area at all times.

Required profile

• High school graduate or Technical Institute/IEK technical diploma.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience operating granulation equipment (required).
• Experience with tablet compression and/or coating machines (preferred).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and accurately complete documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality‑focused mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• English language knowledge considered an asset.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts.
