Production & Engineering Services Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production & Engineering Services Supervisor to lead daily production operations and coordinate engineering support at our Thessaloniki plant. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will ensure efficient processes, equipment reliability, and achievement of productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and run optimal day‑to‑day production to meet business and customer requirements.
• Monitor production activities, trigger preventive and corrective actions, and achieve KPI targets (spoilage, line efficiency, labour efficiency, absenteeism).
• Prepare and issue production reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) according to company standards.
• Allocate resources, maximise asset utilisation, and drive capacity and flexibility improvements while controlling costs.
• Participate in plant investment (CAPEX) projects, from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) compliance, training, audits, and reporting.
• Lead plant energy management, monitor consumption, and execute energy‑saving projects.
• Negotiate power and natural gas contracts in collaboration with group specialists.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production supervision and engineering support within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 EMS requirements and environmental legislation.
• Experience with CAPEX project planning and execution.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement.
