Product Designer – Digital Experiences

About the role

Desquared is looking for a Product Designer to create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences for mobile and web platforms. You will work in a multidisciplinary team on large‑scale projects for clients in telecommunications, banking, retail and other high‑impact sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design clear, engaging, and functional user interfaces for iOS, Android and web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders from concept through launch, ensuring design consistency.
• Lead the full design lifecycle: user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and final UI delivery.
• Advocate for user needs by applying usability principles and translating insights into innovative solutions.
• Iterate continuously based on user feedback and data to optimise flows and components.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product design for mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications.
• Strong visual execution combined with strategic product thinking.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Figma.
• Experience building and using design systems and reusable components.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.
