Procurement Officer (German Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer who will support our Procurement department by handling day‑to‑day interactions with German‑speaking suppliers. The role is entry‑level and offers the chance to work within a fast‑growing telecom infrastructure company that serves operators across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.
• Place orders, coordinate logistics and monitor transportation from suppliers.
• Track deliveries, expedite when necessary and confirm receipt of goods.
• Validate invoices against purchase orders and approve payments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering.
• Up to one year of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and strong German language skills (B2‑C2).

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
