Postings Assistant (Accounting)

About the role

We are seeking a Postings Assistant to join our finance team, supporting invoice processing and month‑end activities in a fast‑paced, multinational environment. The role is ideal for candidates who want to develop their accounting expertise while working with diverse internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process and post supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify invoice details for compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate accounting records within the ERP system.
• Support month‑end closing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial procedures, and company policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist finance projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in an Accounting Assistant, Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
