About the role
Cross Border Talents is recruiting Portuguese speakers to work as a Customer Advisor in Athens, Greece. You will represent a worldwide brand in a multicultural environment and help customers get the best possible experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships and deliver the best possible customer experience
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
- Offer recommendations on common problems and frequently asked questions
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher
- Native or fluent Portuguese
- Good level of English, C1
- Writing speed of 20 words per minute

- Strong troubleshooting skills
