Portfolio Account Manager – Maritime Solutions

About the role

OneOcean is looking for a Portfolio Account Manager to own and grow a defined set of maritime customer accounts. You will be the primary contact, ensuring regular engagement, driving renewals, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage an agreed portfolio of accounts, conducting quarterly check‑ins and formal account reviews.
  • Develop organisational charts and stakeholder engagement plans to navigate complex customer structures.
  • Lead meetings, align on strategic objectives, and act as the trusted liaison between the client and OneOcean.
  • Qualify decision‑making processes, identify pain points, and position OneOcean solutions to drive upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Support contract renewals and negotiations to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven experience in B2B account management or portfolio management.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
