Polish‑Speaking Microsoft Technical Support Engineer (Greece)

About the role

We are looking for fluent Polish speakers with a solid background in Computer Science or IT engineering to join our Microsoft Technical Support team in Greece. You will work directly with Microsoft Business Customers, providing expert troubleshooting and ensuring a high‑quality support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve Microsoft Business Customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows OS, networking, Office suite, and Microsoft cloud services.
• Log cases in internal systems and keep customers informed of resolution status.
• Escalate complex problems when necessary while maintaining clear written and verbal communication.
• Investigate root causes, propose solutions, and drive program efficiency across billing platforms.
• Maintain strong business relationships by delivering timely and professional assistance.

Required profile

• Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills.
• 2‑3 years of help‑desk or system‑admin experience supporting medium to large businesses.
• Background in Science, Math, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience in B2B or B2C client support environments.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE or Cisco are a plus.
