Polish/English Travel Advisor – Hospitality Brand, Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Polish speakers for a top hospitality brand in Greece to work as a customer advisor in its tourism sector. The role is based in Athens and involves handling customer inquiries by phone and keeping accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record customer inquiries and questions received via free phone lines
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged according to the company's complaints escalation policy
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems and FAQs

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher
• Native or fluent Polish
• Good level of English, C1
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute
