Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Digital Minds, an award‑winning digital marketing agency, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join its Performance Marketing team. You will drive paid‑media results for top‑tier brands across a range of platforms, turning strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimise and scale campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end, from set‑up and launch to measurement and continuous optimisation.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, analyse data and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic plans, budgets and proposals for SEM, email, social and display activities.
• Design and run testing strategies, experiment with new platform features and adopt best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
• Produce insightful performance reports and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of agency‑side experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience working in an MCC environment handling multiple complex accounts.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency and fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑facing abilities.
