Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will join the PPC team within the Digital Services Business Unit of Greek Yellow Pages. You will be responsible for driving growth for multiple clients by planning, executing and optimizing performance‑marketing campaigns across major digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance‑marketing strategies on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Criteo and others.
• Optimize campaigns daily to maximize traffic and Return on Ad Spend for e‑commerce clients based on defined KPIs.
• Collect, analyse and present web‑analytics data, producing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design new ad creatives and write concise ad copy.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging SEM technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in digital advertising and online marketing.
• University degree in Marketing, Economics or Mathematics (advanced degrees a plus).
• Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics; additional certifications such as Facebook Blueprint are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
