Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our marketing function at SKG.EDUCATION and need a Performance Marketing Specialist who will own paid acquisition from day one. You will manage budgets, channels, tracking, and optimise cost per acquisition while collaborating closely with our content and web teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.
• Own the media budget, monitor spend and report cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑acquisition.
• Set up and maintain end‑to‑end conversion tracking, including server‑side events and offline phone sales conversions.
• Brief, create and test ad creative, especially short‑form video assets.
• Collaborate with the web team to improve landing‑page and checkout conversion rates.
• Provide weekly reports on performance, spend and planned adjustments.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience running paid campaigns with full budget responsibility.
• Hands‑on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager, capable of building campaigns from scratch.
• Proficient with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, able to debug conversion events.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to craft ad copy in both languages.
