Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Natech Banking Solutions is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to boost its B2B digital presence. You will own the website, SEO, paid campaigns and social channels, driving demand generation and Marketing Qualified Leads in close collaboration with product, sales and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimise the corporate website for performance, user experience and conversion.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy using SEMrush, covering on‑page, technical and content optimisation.
• Set up, run and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social and retargeting) within budget, targeting CPL/CPA and MQL goals.
• Maintain conversion tracking, conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages.
• Support initiatives to improve visibility in AI‑driven and generative search.
• Plan, create and publish on‑brand social media content across platforms.
• Analyse performance data from website, SEO, paid and social channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, sales and design to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS or tech environments.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with longer sales cycles and AI‑influenced search trends.

Required skills

• SEO expertise and hands‑on experience with SEMrush.
• Running paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (or other major platforms).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Experience with CMS platforms and basic technical SEO.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution and key paid metrics (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS).
