Partner Sales Representative – German Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Partner Sales Representative to join our client’s outsourcing/BPO team in Athens. The role focuses on managing reseller and channel partner accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding the partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of reseller and channel partner accounts.
• Promote the Partner Program and communicate its value to partners.
• Provide product information, commercial guidance and sales support via phone, email and other channels.
• Deliver coaching and enablement sessions to improve partner product knowledge and sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities within the partner network and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
• Execute outbound call campaigns targeting existing and prospective reseller partners.
• Support marketing initiatives for specific client products and services.
• Build long‑term relationships to increase revenue and market penetration.

Required profile

• Native‑level German and fluent English (B2‑C1).
• Proven B2B sales, account management or channel sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships.
• Experience in IT, technology, hardware or software sales environments.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
