Packaging Operator – Production Line

About the role

The Packaging Operator works on a PepsiCo production line to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality packaging of food and beverage products. The role follows PepsiCo’s Good Manufacturing Practices, supports line performance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the line according to PepsiCo’s GMPs and maintain proper line utilization.
• Minimize waste and report line issues or improvement ideas to SETs, specialists, line leaders or FLMs.
• Execute weekly preventive maintenance and daily operational programs.
• Manage daily documentation and material requirements for the line.
• Ensure product quality characteristics are met during production.
• Implement quality‑assurance procedures and keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Adhere to the Code of Ethics, company values, and all safety and industrial‑practice rules.

Required profile

• University, technical institute or technical high‑school education.
• Experience in an industrial environment is highly appreciated.
• Ability to work a 3‑shift rolling schedule.
• Basic English language skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, perception, and organizational abilities.
• Team spirit, responsibility, and a commitment to continuous training and development.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
