Operations Team Member – Marketing & Content Creation

About the role

Krannich Solar is seeking an Operations Team Member to drive daily coordination and improvement of internal operational activities across the Eastern European region. You will blend marketing expertise with operational support, helping to digitalise processes and enhance collaboration within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters and other digital channels.
• Organise and promote corporate events, webinars and communication initiatives.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and propose new ideas and best practices.
• Support daily operational workflows and coordinate tasks across departments.
• Maintain internal documentation and track operational progress.
• Collaborate with teams throughout the Eastern Europe region on process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Marketing, Digital Marketing or Social Media Manager role.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms.

Required skills

• Canva (mandatory).
• CorelDRAW (advantage).
• Experience with email‑marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Social media management and content‑creation tools.
