About the role

Join the Sani/Ikos Group in Thessaloniki as an Operations Talent Acquisition Specialist, supporting the recruitment needs of a fast‑growing resort brand. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for operational and seasonal positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
• Utilise job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and direct sourcing to attract candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles, staffing needs and candidate preferences.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain communication with candidates, and ensure fair selection processes.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs and networking activities to promote the employer brand.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, assist with reporting and ensure compliance with data‑protection policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of talent acquisition experience in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German or French is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with recruitment platforms.
• Knowledge of candidate databases.
