Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations & Indirect Procurement Specialist to support core procurement processes, vendor management, and Integrated Quality System (IQS) standards for a global FMCG organization. The role focuses on driving operational efficiency, ensuring ISO audit compliance, and coordinating daily production planning and facilities management.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and support ISO audits, follow‑up on audit actions and improvement plans.
• Create and monitor purchase orders, manage vendor relationships and POS material coordination with Sales & Marketing.
• Support production planning, including raw‑material purchases and warehouse transfers in the ERP system.
• Maintain internal supply‑chain and procurement documentation, prepare reports and keep digital records up to date.
• Assist facilities management and business administration tasks such as car‑fleet, fuel, tolls, cost tracking, and equipment handover for new hires and leavers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
