O&M Site Technician – PV Projects

About the role

At METLEN Energy & Metals we are looking for an O&M Technician to join our MRES‑ET team on a photovoltaic project in Larissa. The role requires flexibility, working five 8‑hour shifts on a rotating schedule, including 24‑hour shifts and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance of photovoltaic components, including low and medium voltage equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, carrying out repairs, replacements, and installation of new parts.
• Secure inverter availability and meet response‑time KPIs.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports and schedules for electrical work performed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement for power plants or electromechanical installations.
• Experience with international clients and solar market projects is desirable.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
