About the role
Ready to achieve great things together? We are looking for a dynamic O&M Site Manager to be site‑based for a cluster of Solar PV plants located across the Kozani and Grevena areas of Western Macedonia. You will join our growing Operations & Maintenance team maintaining 300 MW of utility‑scale solar capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day operation and maintenance activities across the regional cluster, ensuring compliance with procedures, contracts and performance targets.
- Develop, implement and monitor the Facility Operation Plan, including preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, planned outages and spare‑parts management.
- Work closely with the Team Lead O&M Utility Scale Plants to continuously improve operating procedures and maintenance processes.
- Manage and support the multidisciplinary site team, handling work allocation, training, competence, authorizations and on‑call coverage.
- Coordinate with the Control Room to monitor plant performance, manage alarms and faults, and ensure timely troubleshooting and restoration.
- Act as the primary operational and technical contact for the Employer, Asset Manager, IPTO, OEMs, subcontractors and authorities.
- Ensure implementation of HSE requirements, permit‑to‑work, LOTO, risk assessments and incident reporting across the cluster.
- Monitor plant availability, lead root‑cause investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee subcontractors and OEM service teams, manage spare‑parts availability, warranty claims and O&M reporting.
- Provide management oversight for all PV plants in the cluster and coordinate emergency‑response arrangements.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in power generation or industrial assets, including utility‑scale solar PV O&M and leadership of multidisciplinary site teams.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE, maintenance planning, incident response, contractor management and technical reporting.
- Fluent in Greek and English, strong IT skills and a valid driving licence.

- Trackers and inverter technologies.
- Medium‑voltage stations and MV/HV substations.
- SCADA systems and plant‑performance analysis.
- Grid‑connection infrastructure, protection systems and switching coordination.
- OEM inverter and tracker technical expertise.
