Junior Sourcing Manager – Fruits & Vegetables

About the role

As a Junior Sourcing Manager F&V (EU&I) you will be actively involved in the centralized sourcing of fruits & vegetables, consolidating volumes and selecting strategic Greek suppliers. You will work closely with F&V colleagues at AB and cooperate with sourcing managers across the EU&I region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong partnerships with Greek suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, promotions and contracts to ensure consistent, high‑quality supply and timely delivery while optimizing costs.
• Collaborate with Sourcing Managers, Category Managers and other EU&I departments to support promotional activities and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Seek new opportunities through trade directories, trade shows and site visits to reduce costs.
• Prepare reports and export KPIs to provide valuable information to all related parties.
• Receive and analyse data from the Trade department and market research to identify trends, consumer habits and competitor offerings in the F&V category.

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Food Science, Agricultural studies or a related field; MSc/MBA is a prerequisite.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a relevant position within the agricultural/retail sector or product management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
