Norwegian Customer Support Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Norwegian native or fluent speaker with strong English to join its Norwegian Customer Support team in historic Athens. This is a full-time position in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-level support to customers by phone and email on a range of issues
• Give accurate, valid and complete information using the right procedures
• Own each customer query and ensure a timely resolution and response
• Build meaningful relationships, answering questions courteously, friendly and professionally
• Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
• Create a valued customer experience and follow management directions while giving feedback

Required profile

• Native or proficient Norwegian (C2)
• Intermediate English (at least B2), spoken and written
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, and curiosity as an investigator and problem solver
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
• Local candidate or willingness to relocate to Athens
