New Business Development Executive

About the role

Skindesign, a creative agency focused on branding, packaging and 360° advertising, is seeking a proactive New Business Development Executive. You will drive commercial growth by identifying and securing new client relationships and turning creative concepts into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage key decision‑makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Owners) through cold outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to craft and deliver tailored agency proposals.
• Represent Skindesign at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B business development, sales or account management experience, preferably in a creative, marketing or advertising environment.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new B2B clients and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling ability to translate client challenges into agency solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
