Motion Designer – Marketing Team (Athens)

About the role

EY Studio+ is looking for a Motion Designer to join its fast‑growing Marketing team in Athens. You will help create high‑impact motion content for integrated campaigns across a variety of industries, contributing to EY’s mission of building a better working world.

Key responsibilities

• Create motion assets for social, digital and branded content within integrated campaigns.
• Produce animations and video pieces based on creative briefs and design direction.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and social media specialists to ensure visual consistency.
• Adapt and optimise motion content for different formats, platforms and channels.
• Stay current with motion, video and content trends and apply new techniques.
• Maintain high quality, attention to detail and timely delivery of all outputs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion design, preferably in an agency or creative environment.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for detail.
• Proven capacity to work closely with cross‑functional creative teams.
• Ability to keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and incorporate them into work.
