Mobile Engineer – Flutter (FinTech)

About the role

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer specialized in Flutter to join an international fintech company building a digital investment platform for European customers. You will work on a production‑grade iOS and Android application, taking ownership of development, architecture, testing, performance, and releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter/Dart applications for iOS and Android.
• Own features and product areas end‑to‑end, from design to deployment.
• Contribute to application architecture and state‑management solutions.
• Integrate with REST and WebSocket APIs and handle real‑time data streams.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of the mobile app.
• Manage mobile CI/CD pipelines and App Store / Google Play releases.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and Compliance teams.
• Leverage AI‑based development tools and agentic workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing production mobile applications.
• Strong, recent experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Hands‑on experience with Bloc, Riverpod, or similar state‑management libraries.
• Good understanding of mobile architecture and native iOS/Android functionality.
• Experience with REST/WebSocket APIs, performance optimisation, and secure storage.
• Practical use of AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership.
