Mid-level Python Software Developer

About the role

HFM is an internationally acclaimed multi‑asset broker delivering cutting‑edge trading tools and platforms worldwide. We are looking for a driven and strategic Python Software Developer to join our dynamic team and help shape the next generation of financial technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python applications.
• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, modifications, and unit testing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Python development.
• Hands‑on experience designing and developing frameworks using Python.
• Experience with common stacks, agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache) and container technologies (Kubernetes or OpenShift).
• Experience with DevOps platforms such as GitLab.
• Experience in the FX industry is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues.
