Medical Science Liaison (Oncology‑Hematology)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (Oncology‑Hematology) will act as the scientific bridge between Swixx Biopharma, its partners and the medical community in Greece. Reporting to the Medical Affairs team, the MSL will foster relationships with key opinion leaders, share balanced clinical data and support initiatives that improve patient outcomes in oncology and hematology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, investigators and healthcare stakeholders across Greece.
• Communicate scientific and clinical data in a compliant, balanced and impactful manner.
• Support medical education activities, advisory boards, scientific meetings and speaker programs.
• Collect and relay medical insights to internal cross‑functional teams.
• Provide medical expertise and training to commercial and other internal stakeholders.
• Assist with clinical research activities and patient‑focused initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal procedures, industry standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• MD, PharmD or university degree in Life Sciences.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an MSL or in a related medical role.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research or scientific exchange; oncology experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent scientific communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to build credibility and long‑term relationships with external experts.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel within Greece.
